Specialist short-term lender Black & White Bridging has appointed Greg Applewhaite as its relationship manager for the North of England.
Known for its transparent approach, Black & White Bridging has made several new appointments in the past 18 months, focusing on growth.
Applewhaite, based in Manchester, has spent the last five years in specialist finance, holding business development roles at Together, SoMo, and ASG. His new role will provide brokers with assistance in structuring complex deals, improving conversion rates, and strengthening relationships.
