Clydesdale Bank will adjust several mortgage rates starting tomorrow, Friday 14th June.
Core residential 95% LTV 5-year fee and fee offer fixed rates will increase by 0.20%. Exclusive purchase and remortgage products will see the 90% LTV purchase 2-year fixed rate rise by 0.15%, and 80% and 85% LTV remortgage 2-year fixed rates increase by 0.10%.
Professional products 95% LTV newly qualified professional 5-year fixed rate will increase by 0.20%.
Some rates will also be reduced tomorrow. Existing customer residential selected 65% and 75% LTV fee and fee offer fixed rates will be reduced by 0.10%.
Purchase and remortgage core residential 65% and 75% LTV fixed rates will decrease by 0.10%. Exclusive remortgage products 75% LTV fixed rates will be reduced by 0.15%.
