Propflo, an award-winning AI property platform, has partnered with Drayton by Schneider Electric, a market leader in heating controls, to offer its Wiser smart thermostat and smart radiator controls through Propflo’s GreenVal retrofit tool.
The Wiser solution enables smart scheduling of heating via an app for individual rooms, saving up to 30% on heating bills and significantly increasing comfort levels. Heating controls are a recommended improvement that can increase the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating of a property.
As part of an Innovate UK funded Propflo project, homeowners can get a free Wiser starter kit and bulk discounts on improvements like solar panels and heat pumps.
