Specialist real estate lender Hilco Real Estate Finance UK (HREF) has appointed Steve Allen (pictured) as senior business development manager (BDM).
Allen acted as a financial adviser for more than 20 years, as well as having been a regulated bridging broker for London brokers, SPF Private Finance and Clifton Private Finance.
He was shortlisted in the Bridging & Commercial Awards 2024 as Lender Relationship Manager of the Year.
