Keystone Property Finance hires new BDM for the Midlands

Keystone Property Finance has hired Sabiha Moghal as its new business development manager (BDM) for the Midlands.

Moghal, who has more than 10 years’ experience in buy-to-let, will be maintaining the lender’s existing broker relationships in the Midlands as well as expanding its reach in the area.

Prior to joining Keystone, Moghal spent more than two years working as a BDM for Mansfield Building Society. Before that she held a similar role for nearly five years at State Bank of India UK.

Meanwhile, Simon Jones, Keystone’s BDM for London and Essex, is expanding his coverage to include two new areas: Ipswich and Norwich.

Elise Coole, nanaging director of Keystone Property Finance, said: “The Midlands is an extremely important region for Keystone, so we’re delighted to welcome someone with such vast experience to look after it.

“Sabiha’s job will be to cultivate the strong relationships we have already in the area, as well as building relationships with new broker firms across the UK’s industrial heartland.

“Sabiha joins at an exciting time in Keystone’s history, as we continue to push forward following our most recent £566m securitisation. She will play a huge role in that, and we cannot wait for her to get out and start meeting people.”

Moghal added: “Keystone may have only been around for six years, but the impact it has had on the specialist buy-to-let sector in that short time has been significant.

“In my eyes, Keystone has one of the best product sets on the market as well as one of the most forward-thinking management teams.

“Therefore, when the opportunity came up to join Keystone, I jumped at the chance. This is a company with exceptional growth and excellent prospects, and I am very excited to get out on the road to showcase how Keystone can help to find a solution for complex buy-to-let cases.”
