MERA has appointed Paul Bembridge (pictured) FCMA, MRICS as financial director.
Bembridge will be responsible for managing MERA’s funding lines, driving growth, and progressing the company’s strategic objectives.
Prior to joining MERA, he held key positions at Chancerygate Ltd, CBRE Investment Management and SEGRO plc.
He has overseen full accounting and finance functions, managed financial structures for development projects, and provided strategic input into key business initiatives.
