RSC New Homes launches with finova Broker CRM

Cloud-based mortgage and savings provider finova Broker, formerly the eKeeper Group and part of finova, has launched of its customer relationship management (CRM) platform to new-build mortgage adviser business RSC New Homes.

With more than 25 mortgage advisers, RSC’s integration of finova’s Broker CRM aims to enhance efficiency and bolster business growth.

Data migration was key to RSC in selection of the finova Broker CRM to merge two of its legacy systems into one centralised finova Broker CRM.

With a workforce that is widely dispersed throughout the UK, RSC wanted a consolidated view of data in a single CRM platform, removing the need to switch between multiple systems.

RSC will benefit from the finova Broker CRM’s automation functionality, to reduce its administrative effort for everyday tasks and increase the efficiency of business operations.

Matt Harrison, director of sales in finova Broker, said: “Providing a core competency to migrate RSC away from two legacy competitor systems along with a CRM product that allowed RSC to achieve the strategic goals and aims was crucial.

“RSC laid down a number of challenges in terms of their direction, desire to automate and generating better overall service and outcomes for their customers.

“I’m glad we succeeded and look forward to a long-lasting partnership with RSC.”

Alison Winterburn, managing director at RSC, added: “Prioritising customer service consistently remains at the forefront of our values, and choosing to partner with finova Broker will allow us to really deliver on this.

“We have a number of advisers working all over the UK, so having them use a single CRM will make it much easier for everyone to keep track of everything.

“It not only makes life easier for us, but also gives the end customer a much more seamless, straightforward experience.

“finova was the obvious choice, and the team has been fantastic all the way through, from the initial data migration to us adopting the CRM.

“We look forward to reaping the rewards!”
