On 12 July, Century Capital relocated to a new London address, located at 2-4 Cork Street, W1S 3LG.
Its team has significantly grown since January, with seven new hires necessitating a larger office space.
Featuring multiple boardrooms and meeting rooms, the new luxury space offers increased capacity to suit the business going forward.
Since their inception in 2012, Century Capital have expanded from a small, London based lender to a thriving company, completing loans on assets across England.
Although prime central London retains its position as their stronghold, their new product offering Century PLUS targets mainstream markets nationwide, as the business continues to scale.
