iPipeline has appointed Steve Cover as its new chief technology officer. Cover will guide the company’s future technical vision and development, focusing on delivering innovative solutions to simplify and connect the life insurance and wealth management sectors.
Cover, with over 30 years of experience, has a strong background in leading technology teams and developing business-driven technological solutions. His previous roles include senior positions at UKG, Horizon Software International, UnitedHealth Group, Microsoft, and most recently, CentralSquare Technologies.

Cover, who co-authored seven U.S. technology patents, will lead iPipeline’s technology team in its mission to advance digital solutions, enhancing market differentiation and increasing client value through improved quality, delivery, security, and testing. He holds a master’s degree in computer science from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Furman University.
