Responsible Lending wins second place for lifetime mortgages in Smart Money People league debut

Responsible Lending has won second place in the lifetime mortgage league table in its debut entry in the Smart Money People survey.

The lender received an outstanding overall satisfaction rating of 89.2% and achieved a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of +61.5 – well above the sector’s average score of +53.2.

Responsible Lending had the highest overall scores for satisfaction with relationship managers and the ease of determining product eligibility, achieving ratings of 89.2% for both.

The company scored above 80% in every metric, excelling in lender communication (86.2%), and its speed in processing applications through to offer (83.1%).

Brokers praised Responsible Lending for its friendly approach and helpful Business Development Managers.

The company’s underwriting team also received positive feedback, with brokers commending their clarity, comprehensiveness, and flexibility.
