SimplyBiz Mortgages has announced an exclusive partnership with Marsden Building Society, offering a new range of mortgage products specifically designed for clients aged 55 and over. These products are available exclusively to SimplyBiz Mortgages members.
The exclusive range includes options from Marsden’s ‘Lending into Retirement’ and ‘Later Life’ product lines, featuring two- and five-year fixed rate mortgages starting at 4.99%.
The loans have a loan-to-value (LTV) ratio of up to 60% and offer free valuations on properties valued up to £1,000,000.
