SPF Private Clients has joined the National Association of Commercial Finance Brokers (NACFB) to support its growth strategy and commitment to industry standards. The firm, which specialises in a range of mortgage solutions, aims to leverage NACFB membership to enhance its service offerings.
SPF Private Clients offers expertise in buy-to-let mortgages, commercial real estate funding, development, hotels, and healthcare. Their relationships with various lenders enable them to provide strategic planning, financial modelling, capital raising, and term sheet negotiation.
The NACFB has seen a 12% increase in broker membership in 2024, with 136 new broker firms joining, bringing the total to 2,701 brokers from 1,304 brokerages. The NACFB community also includes 163 lender patrons and 16 supplier partners.
Mark Harris, chief executive of SPF Private Clients, said: “Joining the NACFB is a testament to our commitment to providing the highest standards of service to our clients. Being backed by such a recognised trade body reinforces our credibility and ensures we stay at the forefront of industry best practices. We are excited about the opportunities this membership will bring as we continue to grow and diversify our services.”
Norman Chambers, managing director of NACFB, welcomed SPF Private Clients: “We are delighted to welcome SPF Private Clients to the UK’s largest trade body for commercial finance brokers. Their recognition of the value of the NACFB’s Assurance accreditation highlights their commitment to integrity and professionalism, which are core to our mission.”
