TSB is set to introduce a number of new 3-year residential products starting from 4.57%.
The products will come with £1,495 fee and will be available for first-time buyers, home movers and those looking to remortgage.
In addition to these new products, the lender will also be reducing rates across selected first-time buyer and home mover deals.
TSB’s 2-year fixed First Time Buyer and Home Mover deals from 75% to 85% loan-to-value (LTV) will be reduced by 0.15%
Meanwhile,. its 5-year fixed First Time Buyer and Home Mover 60% to 90% LTV products will also see decreased of up to 0.15%
The new products will go live from tomorrow, Wednesday 3rd July, when the lender’s product guide will also be updated.
