Yorkshire Building Society has reduced its mortgage interest rates by up to 0.25% for the second time in two weeks.
Highlights from the new product range include a 2-year fixed rate at 4.69%, up to 75% loan-to-value (LTV), available to house purchasers, with a £1,495 fee and free standard valuation.
Additional deals include a 3-year fix at 5.04% up to 80% LTV, available to house purchasers and remortgagers, with no fee and free standard valuation, as well as a 5-year fix at 4.49% also up to 75% LTV, available to remortgagors, with a £1,495 fee, free valuations and no remortgage legal fees.
