Aspen’s Graduate Recruitment Scheme appoints 16th student

Daniel Tame (pictured) has become the 16th university student to join Aspen Bridging’s Graduate Recruitment Scheme (GRS).

Tame, from Nuneaton, has been appointed as a graduate underwriter, having achieved a first in accounting and finance at Coventry University.

All new team members undergo an internal training programme while gaining experience by supporting the underwriting team and managing their own caseloads under supervision.

Jack Coombs, director at Aspen Bridging, said: “The Graduate Recruitment Scheme has become one of the key bedrocks of our business, allowing us to bring in exceptional, talented, ambitious alumni and turn them into bridging superstars.

“Many who have joined through the GRS are now sitting in prominent leadership positions, and Daniel has every opportunity to follow in their footsteps as we continue to grow and deliver a quality service to our expanding customer base and broker partners.”
