eXp UK surpasses 600 agent milestone

eXp UK, the platform for personal estate agents and estate agency businesses, has surpassed the 600 member agent threshold, recruiting a further 100 agents since the start of this year alone

At the start of the year, eXp hit the landmark of 500 member agents and has since launched its brokerage model – designed to convert existing branch-based estate agency businesses to the use of self-employed fee-earners – and more recently, it’s own buyer representation programme.

Just six months after hitting the 500 agent threshold, the firm has added a further 100 agents to its team sheet.

This was two months quicker than the time taken to move from 400 to 500 member agents, demonstrating the growing momentum building in the self-employed agency sector.

Adam Day, head of eXp UK said: “We’re incredibly proud to have hit yet another momentous milestone already this year and its proof of the momentum that continues to build across the eXp UK network, which is undeniably now the biggest network of self-employed agents across the nation.

“Our network of top agency talent is by far our most valuable commodity and it’s not just the individual earning potential agents can benefit from, as so far this year eXp UK member agents have shared 413 referrals, sharing an estimated £1.4m in potential commission in the process.

“That’s an average of almost £10,000 in potential commission every working day so far this year and as our network grows, so too does the volume of these referrals.

“Many of our competitors often use our size against us but actually, the larger our network, the more opportunities our agents get across the board, not to mention the support they need to get their businesses off the ground.”
