The National Association of Commercial Finance Brokers (NACFB) has surpassed 1,300 member firms for the first time in its history.
As of last month, 1,311 UK-based commercial broker firms had joined the trade body, which now represents a total of 2,733 individual registered commercial finance credit brokers.
The NACFB said it maintains a strong pipeline of membership applications.
Ann Walsh, business development manager at the NACFB, said: “July marked our 25th consecutive month of membership growth, a testament to both the vibrant expansion of our industry and the strength of our Association.
“As the industry grows, it’s crucial for brokers to demonstrate their commitment to maintaining independent, nationally recognised standards of accreditation.
“We remain dedicated to supporting brokers in achieving this and will continue to work tirelessly to uphold these standards.”
