The OneFamily Group has appointed Colette Ward (pictured) as operations manager within its underwriting team.
Ward will drive the organisation’s growth strategy, with a particular focus on enhancing underwriting capabilities.
Ward brings extensive industry expertise to the team, having previously worked at organisations including Royal London, Aegon, and most recently, AIG.
She will work with Alison Warburton, who joined OneFamily as underwriting philosophy manager earlier this year.
Both Ward and Warburton report directly to Jonathan Boucher, who leads the underwriting team.
