Twenty7tec sees boost in affordability solution usage following SOURCE update

Twenty7tec has seen an increase in the usage of its affordability sourcing solution following the recent update to its SOURCE module.

The update resulted in searches conducted through the platform rising by 23.8% in July, while user numbers also increased materially over the same period.

The latest enhancements to SOURCE were designed to provide advisers with a more efficient and accurate method for assessing lender affordability and delivering precise results for their clients.

Key updates included the addition of new data fields to better address complex customer profiles, such as those involving self-employed individuals and contractors.

This enhanced functionality was implemented to enable advisers to collect more detailed information and obtain precise maximum borrowing amounts from over 60 lenders, all within the same platform.

Nathan Reilly (pictured), director at Twenty7tec, said: “We are committed to continuously enhancing our solutions to provide advisers with the best tools available.

“It’s fantastic to see such a positive response from our users following the recent SOURCE update.

“The rise in both users and searches highlights the increasing value and effectiveness of our affordability solution.

“As affordability assessments become more complex, it’s essential that we innovate to better support our clients in the mortgage sector.”
