Hinckley & Rugby for Intermediaries has unveiled a new online broker portal, designed to deliver a faster and smoother experience for advisers.
The portal was created in order to upgrade the previous broker journey, and modernise the way brokers engage with their applications.
The portal was developed with Sopra Banking Solutions, and its features include: instant decisions in principle (DIPs); the ability to amend previously submitted DIPs; full mortgage application facility; a secure messaging system; visibility of how each case is progressing; the ability to upload all packaging documents; and ESIS production.
