Market Financial Solutions (MFS) has joined the lender panel at Brilliant Solutions.
This partnership gives Brilliant Solutions’ mortgage advisers access to MFS’ bridging, residential and buy-to-let (BTL) products for complex cases.
Brilliant Solutions, founded in 1994, connects intermediaries with lenders across the UK.
MFS, established in 2006, specialises in large loans up to £50m, with terms from 3- to 24-months.
MFS’ products include the new ‘Bridge Fusion’ loan, combining bridging and long-term BTL features.
It offers pay rates from 3.09% + BBR, an LTV of up to 75%, and a maximum loan size of £20m for commercial and residential properties.
