Principality Building Society has appointed Karen Maguire to its board as a non-executive director.
Maguire has served at a senior level across established organisations including KPMG, FTSE100 Admiral Group Plc, Confused.com and ZPG – owner of Zoopla, Uswitch and Confused.com.
Predominantly she specialises in audit, finance and risk and is a chartered accountant.
Maguire has held board appointments across Cardiff Capital Region Business Council, Audit, Compliance & Risk Committees and Clifton College Group.
