One Mortgage System (OMS) has partnered with Sikoia to boost mortgage processing efficiency for brokers and lenders.
OMS has integrated Sikoia’s AI-powered automated document processing solution into its customer relationship management (CRM) and originations platforms.
OMS users will be able to automate the processing and verification of customer documents such as analysing bank statements, payslips and tax returns, reducing the administrative burden of manual assessment.
Other key features include automated budget planning, income verification, and employer checks.
OMS processes approximately 5,000 new mortgage applications each month.
Sikoia, regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) as both an Account Information Service Provider (AISP) and Credit Reference Provider, helps providers within financial services centralise and automate key parts of their customer verification processes.
