Albatross Lending Group has appointed Christian Gugolz (pictured) as its new head of sales, joining its growing team.
Gugolz brings a wealth of experience from his background in the specialist finance market, and began his career in roles across HR, recruitment and tax planning.
Gugolz made his move to the financial sector in 2015, joining Omega Commercial Solutions as a business development manager (BDM).
Most recently, he spent over seven years at MT Finance.
Gugolz said: “I’m incredibly excited to join Albatross at this crucial stage in its evolution.
“I fully believe in the company’s vision and I am confident in my ability to make a meaningful impact as we enter this exciting new phase of growth.
“I look forward to being a part of the journey and driving success, all while enjoying the process.”
In his new role, Gugolz will focus on building Albatross’ loan book, driving business growth and expanding the company’s market presence.
He said he is particularly looking forward to expanding Albatross’ footprint in the Northern, London, and South West markets over the coming months, with a goal to increase lending by up to 100% over the next year.
