Fiducia Commercial Network has launched a suite of plug-in services aimed at boosting the value brokers can provide to their clients.
The first key partnership is with RCK Partners, a tax consultancy firm that will offer Fiducia brokers access to tax solutions.
The plug-in service enables the network’s appointed representatives (ARs) to assist clients across various business services related to commercial finance transactions, expanding their role from traditional brokers to holistic advisers.
Mark Grant, managing director of Fiducia Commercial Network, said: “We’ll be announcing some exciting partnerships that span across a variety of business services, enabling Fiducia Commercial Network brokers and brokerages to offer holistic advice that supports more of their clients’ diverse needs.
“Enabling them to deliver a single brokerage proposition will result in continued growth and strength of businesses while positively impacting the sector and the network.
“A commercial property purchase or investment in business assets are expensive points in a business’s trading lifecycle.”
Grant added: “Similarly, land remediation for a developer just at the point that all their upfront costs are landing can be prohibitive to the success of their venture.
“This collaboration with RCK Partners puts expertise at the fingertips of our member brokerages, allowing them to refer clients at just the right point at the right moment to potentially unlock tax savings.
“RCK Tax Consultancy is a market leader in supporting clients on tax claims involving the very commercial transactions that Fiducia Commercial Network’s brokers facilitate.
“It’s a significant value-add for our brokers, allowing them to offer more holistic financial support.”
Training will be provided to brokers to ensure they can confidently refer opportunities and integrate these services.
Anastasiya Kokonova, partner at RCK, said: “Our aim as UK property tax advisors is to provide comprehensive strategic guidance to ensure that our clients optimise the benefits of tax relief to them whilst adhering strictly to the legislation and the highest compliance standards.”
“Working alongside Fiducia Commercial Network will enable us to meet this aim whilst expanding our presence within the marketplace.
“The partnership will also enable us to provide specialist knowledge and offer property tax education to a wider network of businesses.”
Through this partnership, RCK Partners aims to extend their reach, giving more businesses in the commercial property sector access to potential tax savings.
Peter Roscoe (pictured), CEO of RCK, said: “At RCK, we insist on the highest standards, understanding that our clients want their claims to be managed securely by a reputable provider with extensive sector-specific knowledge.”
“To enable this, we have assembled a team of professionals from diverse backgrounds, including RICS chartered surveyors and accountants.
“Additionally, we have established a Legal, Data, and Compliance function that operates independently from the rest of the business.
“This team, which includes chartered accountants, tax advisers, and former HMRC inspectors, review each claim before submission to HMRC, to provide a great service to our clients.
“We believe that partnering with Fiducia Commercial Network will open doors to new opportunities, allowing us to educate and assist Fiducia’s wider network in crucial tax areas.
“This collaboration ensures that everyone is well-informed and has the knowledge and support to utilise the reliefs available.”
