Dynamo for Intermediaries and Next Intelligence mortgage clubs have merged to enhance their offering to mortgage intermediaries.
The combined club will operate under the Next Intelligence name and will be managed by Cat Armstrong, club director.
Louise Perry, recently promoted to head of club sales, will lead the dedicated sales team.
John Cupis, MD of Mortgage Intelligence and Dynamo, said: “We are combining the strength and scale of two outstanding mortgage clubs to serve our advisers with an even greater offering for mortgages, protection and general insurance products.
“Advisers will also have access to award-winning expertise to help with complex buy to let, bridging, commercial, development finance and second charge cases.
“We have exciting plans to grow and develop the offering and look forward to supporting our member firms and their customers.”
Next Intelligence, established in 2011, is one of the UK’s original directly authorised mortgage clubs, serving 3,500 intermediary members.
It offers a 48-hour payment system and a strong helpdesk for protection and mortgages.
Dynamo for Intermediaries, launched in 2012, is a specialist mortgage club and packager, supporting its 4,000 members with a large lender panel and a dedicated service.
Armstrong said: “The change will bring benefits to members of both clubs who will see more staff members on hand to support them, as well as dedicated contacts to provide case placement and training for specialist and complex buy to let, residential, bridging and commercial lending.
“The fantastic service already offered by both clubs will remain as a key strength.”
Jason Bryant, head of network sales, added: “I’m delighted to be handing over the reins of the mortgage club to Cat Armstrong.
