Real estate finance and investment platform TAB has made a series of enhancements to streamline its investor onboarding process, focusing on a mobile-first approach.
Through data analysis, TAB identified key bottlenecks in the onboarding process, implementing a refined user interface designed to minimise complexities for investors.
The mobile experience was improved to be more intuitive for users to complete the onboarding process.
TAB also upgraded its Plaid ID verification software, which aims to improve efficiency and security during onboarding.
This latest move was aimed at boosting efficiency, while maintaining compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.
As part of the next phase, TAB will focus on enhancing its mobile platform further, with plans to upgrade the mobile experience for accessing the investment performance dashboard.
Duncan Kreeger, CEO of TAB said: “We have witnessed a significant shift toward mobile usage, and as such are adapting our platform to meet investors where they are, by optimising our onboarding journey.
“TAB is making it easier for investors to start their investment journey without compromising on the security measures that our clients trust.”
