UTB makes personnel changes within bridging sales team

United Trust Bank (UTB) has introduced a number of personnel changes to its bridging sales team, in a bid to deliver the bank’s growth plans into 2025 and beyond.

As part of these changes, Paula Purdy has taken the role of sales director – bridging, and will continue to work closely with director of bridging Sundeep Patel.

Paul Delmonte has been appointed to the new position of head of national accounts – bridging.

Delmonte will build on his success as a key account manager and focus on building relationships with networks and clubs, as well as managing other key distribution channels.

Gary Lomax has become key account manager – North, continuing to support brokers across the North of England and Scotland and further developing UTB’s activity in those areas.

The internal sales team are now internal relationship managers, and will continue to work closely with the field sales team in supporting their broker relationships and activities.

Sundeep Patel, director of bridging at UTB, said: “UTB Bridging has enjoyed a strong year to date, and our restructuring of the division’s sales function by merging the internal and field sales teams to provide further dedicated support has gone down very well with brokers.

“These latest changes to the sales team are key to the successful delivery of our growth plans next year and signal even greater levels of broker support across all regions.
