finova Broker, formerly eKeeper Group, has launched as a dedicated part of the finova brand to better support mortgage brokers.
This move aims to enhance the offerings for the intermediary sector with a stronger focus on tailored customer relationship management (CRM) solutions to address specific challenges within the industry.
The firm’s CRM now includes digital conveyancing, integrated credit checks, and customisable customer retention workflows.
These features were designed to help brokers manage the customer journey effectively while ensuring compliance and improving financial performance.
The updated CRM functionalities feature a lead verification system and a streamlined journey for leads, allowing them to progress from initial inquiry to a partially completed fact-find smoothly.
Customer engagement tools, including automated communications and a secure customer portal, are also part of this launch.
finova Broker integrated its mortgage club, now known as finova Payment Mortgage Services (fPMS).
This platform provides brokers with payment processing and other support features commonly associated with mortgage clubs.
Brokers using fPMS can expect procurement fees to be paid within 24 hours along with access to additional support and tailored technology solutions.
