Gateway Surveyors, a part of Simplybiz, is set to host its first “Climate Change Conference” on 14th November at St George’s Park. The event will explore the growing impact of climate change and ESG considerations on the property sector and lending policies.
Presentations from organisations like Net Zero Now, Simplybiz Mortgages, the University of Salford, Enable, and Groundsure will shed light on how climate factors are reshaping lending and influencing the housing market.
