Hope Capital has restructured its sales team, promoting David Weir (pictured, right) and Sam Lea (pictured, left) to be national account managers.
Supporting the lender’s head of sales Kim Parker, Weir and Lea will build upon existing relationships, while broadening their approach to help optimise sales functions to achieve continued national growth.
Weir will be responsible for supporting brokers in London, as well as the North of England and Scotland, while Lea will cover cases in the Midlands, South of England and South Wales.

Hope Capital also announced it is growing its sales team, promoting a new job vacancy for an additional internal business development executive (BDE) to join its team.
