The NACFB has released updated template documents, now available for free download exclusively for broker members.
Following the revision of the trade body’s custom Commission Disclosure template – which was shared last Wednesday – additional key documents, including the Terms of Business Agreement, Initial Disclosure Document, Status Disclosure Document, and Product Suitability Statement, have been refreshed to reflect the ruling’s broader compliance requirements.
These resources, developed by the NACFB’s in-house compliance team, ensure members have access to up-to-date tools for maintaining compliance.
Members with a Doc2 account can directly access these updated templates through the NACFB Partner’s template library, while non-users are invited to book a demo or create a trial account.
Sarah Cunningham, head of compliance at the NACFB, said: “The team and I are committed to providing these templates at no additional cost and exclusively to NACFB Members as part of their membership fee, supporting brokers with critical resources to navigate evolving regulatory landscapes.”
NACFB Members can download all five of the documents via the trade body’s online document library.
