Scottish Widows Platform integrates ATEB Suitability to simplify adviser reporting

Scottish Widows Platform has integrated ATEB Suitability, a suitability report writing software which aims to automate and centralise reports for advisers.

The integration provides advisers with automated data transfer between third-party back office systems, reducing the need for manual data entry.

This update was the latest in a series of integrations undertaken by Scottish Widows Platform this year, including back office systems like CURO for bulk valuations, and financial and cashflow modelling tools Voyant and EVPro.

The platform is set for further updates in 2025.

Ross Easton, head of platform proposition at Scottish Widows Platform, said: “We are dedicated to simplifying the work of advisers, supporting their business growth, and ensuring positive client outcomes.

“Our significant investment in the Scottish Widows Platform has resulted in a reliable, efficient, and user-friendly system that reduces business friction and supports our long-term growth plans.

“Integrations like ATEB suitability are key to achieving these goals and preparing us for a strong start to the new year.”

David Anderson, director of ATEB Suitability, said: “We’re delighted that Scottish Widows Platforms have chosen to connect with ATEB Suitability.

“Our intelligent multi-product suitability report generator is designed to offer a simple, yet comprehensive tool that meets Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) requirements and streamlines the advice process.

“Advisers will now have access to our latest integrations to ensure consistency within their suitability reports, leading to increased client engagement.”
