Sesame Bankhall Group has appointed two new senior executives to support the growth of the business and its advisers.
Catherine Darroue (pictured, left) has been appointed as marketing and brand director, while Rebecca Luter (pictured, right) will take on the role of HR director.
Darroue brings over 20 years of experience in financial services, joining from Aetna International, where she was global head of marketing, proposition and corporate communications for seven years.
She has also held senior marketing roles at MetLife, Friends Life, and Legal & General.
Luter has 19 years of experience in financial services, with a successful history of building diverse and inclusive teams.
She joined from Lloyds Banking Group, where she served in senior roles, most recently as HR director, and is a Chartered Fellow member of the CIPD.
Both new hires will report to CEO Richard Harrison, with Darroue starting on 2nd December and Luter joining in January. They will be part of SBG’s Executive Committee.
Richard Harrison, chief executive officer at Sesame Bankhall Group, said: “Delivering SBG’s ambitious growth strategy and our vision to be the proactive partner advisory firms rely on throughout the lifetime of their business requires talented people with fresh thinking, skills and capabilities.
“Catherine and Rebecca are both exceptional talents and leaders in their chosen fields, with experience across a range of industry sectors, offering new perspective and insight.
Harrison added: “They will develop and deliver a brand strategy that reflects our plans to modernise and grow, as well as new innovative propositions and marketing support that power greater adviser engagement and efficiency.
“People development is the foundation on which we will achieve this. Attracting and nurturing the best industry talent is fundamental to our success and will ensure we continually offer advisers the very best customer experience.”
