Simply Conveyancing has partnered with Moverly to launch the Simply Powered by Moverly platform, aimed at transforming the property transaction process.
The platform provides an end-to-end solution for agency partners, with the aim of ensuring compliance and speeding up transactions.
The Simply Powered by Moverly platform is currently being trialled in Simply Conveyancing’s referral network, which includes more than 450 estate agent branches across the UK.
It allows agents to integrate with clients and popular industry customer relationship management systems (CRMs), helping agents engage with the transaction process earlier.
Agents using the platform can list properties in under five minutes while remaining compliant, with all necessary information, including Material Information, Client ID, and Client AML.
The platform also compiles information from trusted sources like the Land Registry and GOV.UK to streamline the process.
Future developments will introduce the ‘Sale Ready’ and ‘Digitally Sale Ready’ phases.
