MPowered Mortgages has released a ‘Spotify-style’ feature for its broker partners, titled ‘Rewind’, which provides a summary of their activity and cases with the lender in 2024.
The feature offers a round-up of brokers’ performance, including their total case value with MPowered Mortgages in 2024, number of applications processed, and proc fees earned.
The summary also reveals the most popular property type among customers who took out an MPowered mortgage, as well as the fastest agreement in principle (AIP) with the lender in 2024.
Additionally, brokers can evaluate and rank their data against other MPowered broker partners, providing valuable market intelligence for 2025.
This is the second year the lender has shared this summary with brokers, following positive feedback from partners in 2023.
The feature aims to provide brokers with a better understanding of their performance and help them plan for the future.
