Pluto Finance has appointed Shane Ryan (pictured) as lending director for the UK and Ireland, supporting the company’s growth strategy and its entry into the Irish market.
Ryan brings extensive experience to the role, having served three years as a director at Puma Property Finance, seven years on Investec Real Estate’s origination desk, and five years working on the NAMA UK loan book for both IBRC and Capita.
His background includes originating, underwriting, executing, and managing real estate transactions, positioning him well to advance Pluto Finance’s goals in both regions.
