Aldermore provides multi-million pound loan to fund four residential schemes

Aldermore has provided a multi-million pound loan to Bathford Investments Limited, which provided funding to refinance and refurbish recently acquired first generation student and residential accommodation, located in the Southwest.

The properties will cater to the growing demand and need for quality housing in the student market, and are rated at Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) B+.

Bathford management team have over 20 years experience in the industry and the company’s principal directors, Richard Crawshay Jones and Neil Young, bring a combined 40 years of expertise.
