Maslow Capital has promoted Emma Burke (pictured) to managing director of development finance origination for the UK & Europe.

In her expanded role, Burke will lead Maslow’s development finance origination teams across the UK, Ireland, Spain, Portugal, and Italy.

She brings over 18 years of specialist finance experience and will spearhead Maslow’s efforts to support developers in addressing the UK and Europe’s housing undersupply.

Burke’s team will continue to work in close collaboration with Maslow Capital’s managing director of short-term finance, Mark Posniak, who oversees bridging, refurbishment, and developer exit finance, and Adam Baghdadi, head of Maslow’s lending solutions division.

Burke said: “Maslow Capital has evolved significantly over the past 16 years, growing into a pan-European lender with over 74 professionals across five countries.

“Throughout this time, we have demonstrated the power of partnerships built on trust, supporting the growth of real estate professionals of all sizes with dependable funding.

“Maslow has a real opportunity to drive growth and alleviate supply constraints across the UK and Europe, and I am delighted to take on this role at such an exciting time for the sector.”
