Signature Property Finance launches Thrive in ’25 campaign to support brokers and property investors

Signature Property Finance has introduced its Thrive in ’25 campaign, an ambitious initiative aimed at driving growth, strengthening broker and investor relationships, and achieving business success.

Launched on 6th January 2025, the year-long campaign begins with a spotlight on reduced residential bridging rates, offering competitive terms to stimulate the market.

Tony Gilbertson, CEO of Signature Property Finance, described the campaign as more than a standard promotion. “Thrive in ’25 is more than just a campaign—it’s our commitment to the industry. Our strategy has always prioritised strong relationships, and this initiative builds on that foundation,” he said.

Gilbertson emphasised that Signature’s experienced Relationship Managers will lead efforts by working directly with brokers and property investors to deliver tailored financial solutions. “This first element of the campaign offers rates from 0.85% to 0.94% depending on LTV, with loans up to £2M available on terms from 3 to 18 months. We believe this represents a great opportunity to get the market moving,” he added.

As the year progresses, the Thrive in ’25 campaign will expand with new initiatives, evolving to meet market demands. Gilbertson highlighted that the campaign’s long-term goal is to deliver consistent value while reinforcing Signature’s reputation as a proactive, client-centric lender. “This is just the beginning. Each phase of Thrive in ’25 builds on the last, ensuring consistent value to brokers and investors while helping us achieve our ambitious lending targets.”
