Specialist Mortgage Web Shows return for 2025

The Specialist Mortgage Web Shows, now entering their sixth consecutive year, are making a comeback in 2025.

These events are a must-attend for finance professionals eager to enhance their understanding of the specialist lending sector.

Hosted by Tony Sutton, managing director of Specialist Hub, these monthly events will feature speakers from leading lenders presenting on residential and commercial mortgages, specialist buy-to-let mortgages, second charge loans, and bridging finance.

Sutton said: “We’re thrilled to build on the success of the past five years, during which more than 3,600 finance professionals have benefited from these events.

“Our web shows are completely free for both delegates and lenders, ensuring we attract the very best presenters without budget constraints.”

The web shows will run from February to November, with Castle Trust Bank and West One Loans among the regular participants.

Gary Maher, business development manager at Castle Trust Bank, said: “Castle Trust Bank is delighted to be taking part in the Specialist Mortgage Web Shows again in 2025.

“The audience is always particularly relevant to us as a bridging and buy-to-let lender and are very engaged with the presentations and discussions.

“For specialist lending brokers, attendance is time very well spent!”

Marie Grundy, managing director, residential mortgages and second charges at West One Loans, said: “Participating in the Specialist Mortgage Web Shows gives us a fantastic opportunity to connect with brokers who are taking time out from their busy schedules to learn more about the opportunities within the specialist mortgage market.

“These sessions allow us to share how our mortgage products and criteria can meet the needs of borrowers underserved by the high street, and the wide variety of options West One can offer to customers who have more complex borrowing needs.

Grundy added: “Recognising the challenges brokers face, we use these webinars to clearly and effectively present our proposition and explain how we work closely with the highly experienced team at Specialist Hub, to offer access to a much broader range of specialist mortgage solutions to meet the ever-changing needs of their client base.”
