Aldermore has launched new buy-to-let (BTL) limited edition 2-year mortgage rates for landlords.
So far this year the lender has introduced several limited edition products, alongside rate reductions across its range.
For new customers who are individual and company landlords with single residential investment properties, Aldermore is now offering a 2-year limited edition rate of 4.59% up to 75% loan-to-value (LTV) with a 3% fee (rate of 4.49% applies if the property is rated EPC A, B or C), and a 2 year limited edition rate of 4.59% up to 75% LTV with a 3% fee (rate of 4.49% applies if the property is rated EPC A, B or C).
For multi property for individual and company landlords with residential investment properties, a 2-year limited edition rate of 4.54% up to 75% LTV with a 3% fee is also available.
