Brickflow partners with Connect to drive digitisation in property finance

Brickflow has formed its first broker network partnership with Connect, a specialist network of appointed representatives (ARs) and packagers in the UK.

The partnership highlights a shift towards digital solutions in property finance as organisations aim to streamline operations.

In three months, Brickflow developed and launched a custom technology solution for Connect’s network, enhancing monitoring and transparency of activities.

This system provides real-time insight into broker performance, aiding compliance and efficiency.

Connect network members can boost revenue by using Brickflow’s technology, from lead capture to lender applications, allowing them to handle more deals and grow their business. 

The platform also enables ARs to expand their product offerings, supporting transactions across bridging, development, and commercial mortgages. 

The software aggregates data from more than 100 lenders and more than 1,350 products, facilitating confident transactions even in unfamiliar areas.

Brickflow provides direct access for ARs to the Connect specialist place team, smoothing handovers and improving customer experience. 

Connect’s partnership with Brickflow marks a commitment to embracing digital tools.
