Foundation Home Loans has launched its new Property Plus and HMO Plus product ranges.
The Property Plus and HMO Plus ranges include 2-year and 5-year fixed rate Property Plus products starting from 6.99% up to 75% loan-to-value (LTV) with a 2% product fee.
The range also includes a 2-year and 5-year fixed rate HMO Plus products starting from 7.09% up to 75% LTV with a 2% product fee.
In addition to these products, Foundation has cut rates by up to 0.25% across key areas of its buy-to-let range.
This includes a 0.10% reduction on multiple properties on one title rates, now starting from 6.89% with a 2.50% product fee, and up to a 0.15% reduction on semi commercial property rates, starting from 7.34% with a 3% product fee.
