Mortgage Brain adds ModaMortgages to Sourcing and Criteria Brain platforms

Mortgage Brain has added the recently launched ModaMortgages to its Sourcing Brain and Criteria Brain platforms.

This partnership will enable intermediaries to access the specialist lender’s buy-to-let mortgage range.

ModaMortgages was created by Chetwood Bank, a UK-based digital challenger bank.

ModaMortgages offers products for a variety of landlords, including small or large portfolios, limited companies, individuals, first-time buyers and first-time landlords.

They also lend on houses in multiple occupation (HMOs) and multi-unit freehold blocks (MUFBs).

Intermediaries using the platforms will now have access to ModaMortgages’ 2-year and 5-year fixed rate products.
