Movera has appointed Matt Darwell (pictured) to the newly created role of talent attraction partner.
This role aims to improve Movera’s efforts in attracting and retaining skilled workers as the company expands.
Darwell brings experience leading recruitment teams in Manchester in both agency and in-house settings.
He will focus on enhancing Movera’s employer brand and refining its recruitment strategies.
His work is expected to support Movera’s position in the industry by building a culture that attracts and retains talent.
