PFS launches 2025 Purely Paraplanning event programme

The Personal Finance Society (PFS) has outlined details for its 2025 Purely Paraplanning event, set for 7th May 2025.

The programme is designed to aid professionals in navigating changes in the paraplanning sector.

The conference will cover topics such as inheritance tax changes, sustainability, vulnerability, and personal development.

The event will be hosted by Luke Sparkes, recognised as professional paraplanner of the year 2024, and Zara Okoro, known for her efforts in collaboration and contribution within financial planning.

Keynote speakers include coach Rebecca Timmins, who helps financial firms enhance client services and culture, and chartered financial planner Zoe Taylor, noted for combining technical and soft skills.

Sessions will focus on self-investment, wealth building, and a panel discussion with the PFS paraplanning panel.

Attendees can earn nearly seven hours of continuing professional development (CPD) and will have opportunities for networking.

Alan Gow, chair of the PFS paraplanning panel, said: “We are really looking forward to delivering the 2025 PFS Purely Paraplanning conference, which is an opportunity for us to support the paraplanning community in their professional journeys.

“The landscape of our sector never stops changing, and this year’s programme has been designed to make sure that paraplanners are well versed in new developments.

“This helps put them in the best position to succeed and offer exceptional service to clients.”
