TAB, the real estate finance and investment platform, has successfully completed the sale of its investment in the Travelodge hotel at Snaresbrook, London.
The Travelodge Snaresbrook project was introduced via the fractional ownership model, allowing investors to co-own a 24-bedroom, 7,303 square foot hotel leased to Travelodge Hotels Ltd.
The total investment was £2.385m, with projected returns including a net yield of 7.62% per annum and projected capital growth of 2.50% per annum.
The property was secured with a full repairing and insuring (FRI) lease to Travelodge Hotels Ltd.
Its prime location, just a four-minute walk from Snaresbrook Underground Station and close to the M11 Motorway, supported strong occupancy potential and consistent rental income.
