The Tipton & Coseley Building Society launches redesigned website

The Tipton & Coseley Building Society has redeveloped its website to improve the online experience for its customers.

The revamped site features a cleaner layout, easier navigation, and accessible colours.

New features include calculators for savings interest and mortgage affordability, as well as product finders and an online decision in principle form.

This form enables mortgage advisers to assess lending eligibility based on applicant information.

The website caters to direct customers, including savers and borrowers, as well as professional mortgage brokers.

It provides essential information like branch locations, opening hours, product details, and financial wellbeing guides.

Becky Wheeler, head of product and marketing at the Tipton, said: “Providing exceptional service is an essential part of our proposition.

“Through the redevelopment of the Society’s website, we aim to further improve our customer service by being easier to do business with.”

Wheeler added: “We’ve refreshed the design and created a function-rich website where it’s easier for users to access the information they need.

“Intermediary specific areas of our website have also been redeveloped to deliver a seamless experience for our professional customers.

“This is only a step in our digital roadmap, soon to be followed by some major changes we’re making behind the scenes to modernise our intermediary mortgage application process.”
