Development finance lender, Atelier, has appointed Matthew-Blaine Young (pictured) as head of origination.
Young previously held the same position at Secure Trust Bank and has significant experience in originating and closing complex transactions in the small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) development finance sector.
In his new role, he will drive Atelier’s growth strategy, which includes expanding its loan book to over £500m by March 2026.
Additionally, he will identify and develop new business opportunities, ensure compliance and efficiency in pipeline management, and expand relationships with brokers and developers in key real estate debt markets.
